AM Private Shuttle
December through April, Akatsuki Guests travel to their choice of lift base between 8:15 and 10:30am via the comfort of their own private shuttle, avoiding long waits in the cold, crowded shuttle buses, and constant stopping and starting. Guests are guaranteed to be at a lift base within minutes of boarding the shuttle. The private shuttle boards at the Akatsuki foyer entrance and drivers assist children and adults with ski gear and advice on suitable lifts and ski conditions.
PM Private Shuttle
December through April Akatsuki guests travel back to their residence from the major lift bases in the comfort of a private shuttle. The exclusive PM shuttle operates in the busiest 14:30-16:45 period when Guests are most likely to appreciate the comfort of a direct route home from all the major Hirafu lift bases.
Both shuttles maximise private family time on the slopes and in the comfort of their residence.
Many Guests will find themselves in need of emergency transport. Whether it is lack of Taxi's, lost in the village, or just running late, guests can take advantage of a private pick up service to deliver them back to their residence.
Priority Restaurant Reservations
Guests avoid the disappointment of missing out on a popular restaurant. One call to the Akatsuki Concierge Service ensures the whole family or group of friends avoid searching the village for an open table. Relax in the comfort of your residence knowing that you have reservations for all your nights out. Caught without a booking at short notice? The concierge service has access to a number of Niseko's finest restaurants via prior arrangement.
Emergency Mobile Phone support
Left your charger at home? Left your phone in your country of origin? The Akatsuki residence is supplied with an emergency mobile phone and credit to enable calls to the Akatsuki Concierge Service. Guests can communicate with any Japanese local service provider via bilingual Concierge Staff. Credit can be increased to enable private use calls.
